This 5 bedroom unit is perfect for your whole family. The front unit was designed for entertaining and the ground floor patio allows vacationers to enjoy bayfront living at its finest. This two story 3-bedroom 3.5 bath front house has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. The other two guest bedrooms each have their own bathrooms to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a dining area just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, containing all the essentials with direct access to the garage close by. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer/dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra oversized parking spot.

With a beautifully designed open-air layout, vacationers have found the perfect family or romantic home. This home has two loft bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen with floor to ceiling glass windows and picture-perfect views of the bay in the living room and bedroom. There is a one-car garage with a large washer/dryer included in the space.

Vacationers can explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Avenue, or just enjoy the walkway around Balboa Island. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, Jet Ski, stand up paddle board, or Duffy boat. Whale watching and deep-sea fishing trips are available daily. On the Balboa Peninsula our guests can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby at the Wedge or Newport Beach, check out the FUN ZONE which offers entertainment such as a merry-go-round and other attractions, and eat or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars. Great home for relaxing
Had the family there for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Would like to see an earlier check-in, and later check out, such as in by 2:00, out by 12:00p.m. When that many people are staying for a period of time, and you need to be out by 10:00 a.m., that's a little difficult.

Beautiful Balboa Island Home
It was a wonderful trip for my family. The house was wonderful and the location spectacular. My five year old grandson played on the sandy beach right in front of the property.
