Escape to this stunning beachfront retreat, perched on the second and third floors of a classic Newport duplex. Just steps from the sand, pier, surf, and top restaurants, this beautifully furnished upper unit delivers the ultimate coastal lifestyle.

The showstopper is the expansive rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views that stretch from Rancho Palos Verdes to Catalina Island. Outfitted with a propane BBQ, dining table, and lounge seating, it's perfect for sunset meals, morning coffee, or stargazing under the open sky.

Inside, the main living area on the first level (above the entry stairs) offers ocean views from telescoping glass doors, a cozy balcony, and an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, two tranquil bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, while the third floor features a unique standalone bedroom and en suite bath—accessed by stairs from the rooftop deck and filled with light from a large skylight above the bed.

Fabulous location

Had a wonderful spring getaway here. Location couldn’t be better as it is right on the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. Communication from host was great from checkin to check out instructions. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
