Ihastuttava yläkerran yksikkömme sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, mutta on kuitenkin niin lähellä ranta- ja Newport Pier -kaupallisen alueen toimintaa. Pysäköi auto ja kävele minne haluat mennä! Jokainen tämän kodin yksityiskohta on esitetty harkiten ja ylläpidetty, joten siitä on tullut monien paluukävijöidemme pitkäaikainen suosikki vuosi toisensa jälkeen. Great Location!

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and comfortable.It was the perfect place to stay for a beach trip, and also worked great for some Disney days.The garage was a little weird, and since the exterior door opens inwards it wasn’t possible to fit two cars on our designated side - but plenty of space for one car. Would have felt weird to share the garage space if someone staying downstairs had been using the other side but we never saw anyone.Great trip! Would definitely book again!

Beach fun!

Newer remodel, comfortable, very close to the sand and the pier. We rented both the upper and lower units. Accommodated our family of 12 well. Kitchens are pretty small but we made it work.

Perfect for our needs

Brought my wife, 2 grown kids, & Mother to stay for a long weekend. Other than some unexpected high temperatures, we had a great stay. Proximity to the beach is just what we needed. Cool breeze off the ocean in the evening made the hot days bearable. Walking distance to many restaurant choices. Accommodations were great. Kitchen has all you need to cook meals in house.

Exceptional In Every Way

We had the most perfect stay in this wonderful home. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable for my family of 5. It is steps away from the beautiful beach as well as great shops and restaurants. The location too, made it very easy to do a couple of day trips (Disneyland and Catalina Island). We will definitely be back to make more happy memories!

Bigger than expected

Great location, clean, and bigger than expected. We stayed at other beach cottages in the area and were custom to small spaces, but this one was surprisingly large. Including a laughably long hallway that joins all rooms and bedrooms. We only had two minor issues during our stay, but both were quickly resolved, and I called to the property manager who addressed both quickly. We were pleased with the extremely close proximity to shops and restaurants near the pier. Likely to return in the future.

30 min from Disney, 1 hr from Legoland and beaches were steps away. House was spacious, clean and well stocked. Would recommend offering 1-2 tabs of laundry for those guests doing a few nights there but kitchen was satisfactory for basic cleaning.

Ideal for Families

We enjoyed staying in this home for our recent spring break with three teenage boys. The property is an easy walk to the Newport Pier, and a lovely bike ride to Lido or the Balboa Peninsula. We loved being so close to the beach to come back for lunches and bathroom breaks. The home is clean, well-supplied, and comfortable. It was great having a dedicated garage given parking challenges in the neighborhood (although its not really two spaces - we could only fit one car). We will likely rent again!

Fantastic location

Visiting from Denver on spring break. Outside of the weather not cooperating, our stay at this house was lovely. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions is ideal. A day at the beach, the Long Beach aquarium, and Disneyland we’re all convenient. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of 6. The layout is a little odd, but we made it work. Our minivan fit in the garage without issue, which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting parking issues. We would definitely book again in the future!

Just Perfect

I rented this house for myself and two friends to celebrate a birthday. The location could not be better, offering a 45-second stroll to the beach. It’s convenient to the commercial section of surf shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. The house is nice decorated and the beds are comfortable. The front balcony was fine for us but might feel cramped for some. We did not use the front patio. The kitchen is well-appointed and was fine for us but could feel cramped for a large family. No dishwasher (fine with me). The fridge is a bit noisy, same with the washer/dryer, but we got used to it. Towels provided by the realty company were very thin. I think they could afford to provide better towels.

Girls Trip

We had 4 adults stay here. Location was excellent!!!! Beautiful home and location. Would stay again for sure The parking is the only down side. (But also it should be expect at this location) There wasn’t anyone in the lower unit during our stay so it wasn’t bad for us. The garage was tight I’d suggest a small car. We had a compact SUV (Nissan kicks) and it would have been EXTREMELY tight if there had been another car in the garage. It is also listed as a having 2 parking spots - I don’t see how you could possibly park a car in the alley without blocking traffic. So I wouldn’t plan on having that available.

Perfect girls weekend

The location of this property couldn't be better for a girls weekend at the beach. Walking distance from coffee shops, bakeries and bike rentals. The house was perfect for the 3 of us, each with our own space, but a great gathering space plus a patio. Neighborhood is quieter than expected and so cute! If we were to bring spouses, we agreed we would want bigger beds.

Good spot for walking to activities.

The house was a good location for walking to the beach or getting to the bars and restaurants a few blocks away. Everything in the house was good and three bedrooms was more than adequate.

Beautiful, clean home

This home is so clean & pretty! It’s the best we’ve rented. The garage is spacious & comes with goodies. The unit does NOT come with any paper/plastic goods, cleaning supplies, dust pan, seasonings! But there are plenty of pillows & blankets!! And the heated bathrooms were a plus! I will say renting from beach view is a pain. I probably won’t do that again. We 4 homes a year & NEVER have we had to go pick up a key!!! Most have key pads. The ridiculousness of waiting in line for a key & fumbling with a key all week is so old school. So just beware that beach view rentals = old school keys that you’ll need to keep track of!
