LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
DISCLAIMER:
There are certain features of this home that will be unavailable during guest use, due to safety concerns. No refunds shall be given for the inability to utilize these features:
- Master Bathroom Jacuzzi Tub Jets. The tub can be used, but the jets have been disabled.
- Roof-Top Deck: Access to the roof-top deck will be off limits at all times.
- Master Bedroom Closet: There is no closet in the master bedroom, but a small closet/storage area is available just down the hallway in the office area.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
