Would not stay again.
We are in Newport approximately every six weeks, so we’ve stayed in quite a few places and we own a couple short term rentals in Colorado. The location is why we rented this unit. It does have a nice patio looking at the beach. But, the details on the inside are missing. The bathroom has no counter space, no shelves and no hooks. There’s literally nowhere to put your things. The bedroom has one nightstand, no lamps, and no outlets next to the bed. We had to ask for an extension cord, so my husband could plug in his CPAP. There is a small closet with no rod and no hangers. The only mirror is the small one over the sink in the bathroom, which made getting dressed up for a Christmas party difficult. The cutting board and spatula were dirty. I think this place has potential if they just added some simple items to make it more livable.

This place was perfect for me. It looks just like the photos and the beach is just outside the door. Justin was a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. He accommodated my early check in and provided local recommendations. I will stay here again.
