Enter into a spacious open floor plan comprised of a living room, dining area and kitchen. Each area is arranged with plenty of seating. There is a mounted smart TV, a Sonos sound system and expansive glass doors opening the living area to a large private patio. It is the perfect space for an alfresco barbecue dinner under the patio string lights.
Past the living room, there is a formal dining table with 6 gorgeous leather chairs, and a leaf may be added to accommodate 8 comfortably. There is a printer and a monitor in the dining room cabinets for those working from home.
Off the kitchen, a small patio with sliding doors offers a connection with the neighborhood dog walkers and joggers as you sip your morning coffee. Later in the day, the well equipped kitchen could inspire you to make a simple pasta or assemble a delicious selection of deli tapas for dinner. A twin daybed is located on the third floor to complete the 8 guest sleeping occupancy. On this level, there is also a small desk and monitor which can be used to work from home.

The rolling canopy shading is draped over two patio chaises and tropical plants create a lovely spot to read, nap, and view the breathtaking sunsets over the city and ocean.
You have access to one carport parking space and ample street parking is typically available. The home is outfitted with beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and sport balls. Air conditioning is available though the coast usually enjoys more moderate temperatures that tend to drop at night for very pleasant sleeping.
