Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! Across the street you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Café. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
