This beautiful duplex has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling. Each unit has totally separate entrances (upstairs and downstairs unit). Both units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you will have 6 bedrooms in all. There are (5) beds upstairs and (4) beds downstairs (see photos for breakdowns). You have 2 full kitchens and 2 full living rooms so lots of space for big families or families that want to be close but still have some separation.
The kitchens are both fully functional with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family after a fun day at the beach. We even provide some basic pantry items (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc...)
Both living rooms/ dining rooms open to the kitchens for an open concept. The upstairs living room has the most room for meal gatherings with a larger outdoor dining area and larger interior dining table.
There is a 2 car garage/carport for you to park in (this is especially important in summer and weekends when parking is difficult).
There are (2) sets of washers/dryers free for you to use. We even provide laundry soap.
There is a ton of beach gear including boogie boards, surf boards, wetsuits, fins, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and more. We also provide beach cruisers with helmets and locks.
Both patios have propane bbq's.
The property is just steps to the beach (no beach view from inside the house but if you step outside you can see the sand and the ocean). This is a great location just steps to the boardwalk (starts on 36th street), close to everything by bike or walking but not too close to the chaos of the pier. There is also a great little park across the street with swings and a jungle gym as well as basketball courts.

Please do not make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. The city requires us to have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras (outside) to monitor noise if there are any complaints. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house without prior permission from the host. Noise on patio is not permitted after 9 pm.
It is recommended to purchase traveller's insurance - no refunds outside of cancellation policy.
Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).
