Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen alakerrassa yksikkö on täysin uusittu. Kaikki on uutta kuten AC, ikkunat, eristys, katto, lattia, ruostumaton teräs laitteet, kvartsi työtasot, huonekalut, jne ... monet asunnot Newport on vanhat ikkunat (meluisa) eikä AC. Tärkeää kysyä!

Yksi autotalli spot mukana. (Pysäköinti voi olla vaikea Newport), jossa pysäköinti paikalla on todella tärkeää! On myös ilmainen pysäköinti talon edessä ja maksullinen parkkipaikka lähellä, joka on hyödyllistä vieraille pysäköinti.

Yksilöllinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu yksikkösi autotallissa (veloituksetta / kolikot) Tarjoamme myös pyykinpesuaineita.

Kaikki mitä tarvitset rannalla on mukana ja täällä paikan päällä, myös polkupyörien, boogie-levyt, ranta tuolit, pyyhkeet, lainelaudat ja enemmän! Säästää tonni rahaa ja erittäin kätevä!

West Newport on mahtava. Ota mukana olevat polkupyörät Huntington Beachille tai Newportin laiturille. Newport Pier on vain 2 mailin päässä ja Balboa Fun Zone on 4 mailin päässä. Tai kävele kadun yli ja aamiaisen Cappyssa, tai lounasta Eat Chow, Burger Boss tai Big Belly Deli. Muutamia suosikkeihin! Balboa Island on vain lauttamatkan päässä - todella hauskaa polkupyörää tai autossa. Lapset rakastavat sitä!

Ranta on valtava tällä päähän Newport joten se ei tunnu tungosta ja sen hyvin rentouttava. Hengenpelastaja tornit ympäri ja töissä koko kesän. Myös hienoja surf leireillä aivan meidän rannalla takapihalla - voitte kävellä lapset ulos aamulla ja saada aikaa itsellesi!

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode tyynyt, kävellä WC ja kylpyhuone, jossa suihku, iso seinäteline TV, kattotuuletin, penkki laittaa kengät - erittäin mukava!

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on ihastuttava rakennettu sohva (hieman lyhyempi kuin twin), suuri kiddo joka haluaa nukkua huoneessa äidin ja isän tai se tekee suuren lukeminen paikalla! Myös taulu seinäteline TV ja kattotuuletin. Runsaasti kaappitilaa vaatteille ja tallentaa perässä tapaus.

Olohuoneessa on sohva, jossa täysikokoinen vedä sänky (muisti vaahto). 65 "TV, DVD-soitin ja videopelit.

Keittiö on todella mukava, tilava ja avoin. Kaasu-alue ja uuni, mikroaaltouuni, iso jääkaappi ja kaikki mitä tarvitset lomallesi (Kuerig-kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, riisihella, leivänpaahdin jne.)

Tarjoamme useimmat perusasiat (WC-paperi, käsipyyhkeet, saippuat, shampoot, perus keittiö tavaraa (pippuri & suola, öljy, sokeri, jne ..)

Tiedämme rakastamaan tätä talon yhtä paljon kuin me! Olemme sticklers puhtaus ja älä tinkiä mitään! Sen jännitystä nähdä vieraat kasvot kun avaamme heille oven ja ne ovat niin tyytyväisiä näkemäänsä - sen yhtä jännittävää uusista suuri lue ja vain tietää autoimme joku on hyvä loma. Vastaamme mielellämme kaikkiin kysymyksiisi, jotka sinulla voi olla omaisuutemme tai alueen suhteen.

Perfect location steps away from the beach!

Lisa’s place and location is beach lovers paradise as well as having been an ideal/rescue location for housing the arrival of my grandson whose parents were displaced by the LA fires. Although we were not there in beach weather, the beach accessories and recreational equipment would make this place any beach-lover’s dream. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!

Lovely condo perfect location

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is very well equipped, everything from plenty of towels to generous kitchen supplies and everything you need for the beach. Great location for all Balboa has to offer as well as Huntington. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location - Well Supplied

This location is minutes from the beach and during our stay in March, this stretch of beach was very quiet. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels for both showers and the beach. The garage has everything you could need for the beach, including wet suites in a range of sizes, plenty of boards, chairs, and coolers. The neighborhood is quiet and our host was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would come back again.

Location is perfect!

This property is perfect for those who want to explore a Southern California beach area. Walkable to a couple of great places for breakfast, plus it's situated next to the beach boardwalk trail, it's easy to get around. Lisa is a wonderful host, extremely quick response, and the house was immaculate. The bikes and beach equipment are a nice bonus! Definitely recommend this property, we had a great stay!

It was a beautifully decorated, clean, well organized, lots of great amenities, well stocked towels and kitchen. The location cannot be beat and the off-street parking was fantastic. It had everything we needed for the beach, including an easy up so we could stay all day and get out of the sun for a bit. New great laundry, bikes, and linens. The neighborhood was really cute and we enjoyed going for walks as a family. The access to the beach was perfect, only one house away! The beach near the rental was better than some I saw lower down on the peninsula. Will be back!

Amazing stay

What a lovely place. Right on the beach and just perfect for our 5 days. Lisa has everything you need for days at the beach. We needed to contact the host for an issue with the garage door and she answered her emails immediately and someone was there straight away to fix it. Would definitely return

Best Newport Beach House

Everything about our stay was great! The house is beautiful & beyond clean, and had everything that you could need for your stay. Lisa was a amazing house to work with very & responsive & accommodating. She really did think of everything. First of all lisa has the best communication and thank you for that!!! The location was PERFECT... go to the balboa saloon see jefe....JEFF Go to 21 oceanfront and ask for mark try the justin isosceles and the crab legs and stay a night upstairs... Rooftop lounge at the hilton spa is a must Walk out the backdoor on the beach in minutes... one of the best values ever.... Thanks lisa

Fabulous property in great location

We had an amazing two weeks in Newport Beach. The property is great, and super well equipped with everything you will need. We especially liked the beach equipment including surf boards, wet suits, and body boards. Washing facilities are also very good. There are also bikes to get you too and from the town centre (about 15 minutes ride). Thanks to Lisa who did everything she could to make our holiday a success.

Great Location, CLEAN & super comfortable

We loved this house! We choose this house because of its location in a quieter area of Newport and it did not disappoint. The beach at this end was much less crowded & had lifeguards on duty. There is a market across the street and a few good places to eat nearby. The house was absolutely clean & had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! The kids loves all of the toys and bikes in the smaller garage. Our extended family stayed upstairs and they loved it too! The garage was perfect for our midsized SUV (highlander). Overall a great family experience!

All around great experience!

We had a great time at this property. It’s really is just steps from the beach and was perfect for myself, my daughter and her friend for a quick stay. The house was sparkling clean with ice already made and in the freezer! The beds and linens were very comfortable. Pretty much no detail was overlooked. The garage is stocked with all the beach necessities and all on fine working condition. The parking garage is a tight fit, so if you’re bringing a large SUV, I hope you’re a better “Parker” than myself! All was as promised- even the upstairs VRBOers, we could hear quite a bit of noise from walking/running, including the dishwasher at 1030p. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re looking to rent this property, please know that there is noise. Thank you, Lisa for sharing your property and being such a great communicator!

Beautiful!!

The location and home is beautiful! One house away from the ocean. Everything you'd need to use for the beach or a bike ride down the beach is provided. Lisa the host was so kind and when the Kuerig wasn't working actually delivered another that afternoon. (We hadn't even asked for her to do that, she was just so accommodating). We would highly recommend everything about this property. Thank you!
