I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot! Easy to get to, access instructions were clear and it’s a nice place to sleep. If I ever visit again, I’d love to stay here!

Charming stay
The check in process was painless, and the property was incredibly quaint. Having our own washer/dryer was incredibly convenient.

The tiny television didn’t have basic cable which is almost mandatory everywhere, Especially at the price per night. There were two plastic chairs outside that should’ve been thrown away.

Great location. Easy access to everything in Newport & Middletown. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful
Property is very clean, however access to TV via firetv is very limited. Need sensor light outside so one can do combination for entry to studio at night. Need more lighting in bathroom. No face towels provided. Would stay there again but only for a short stay..
