This loft style condo will meet all your getaway needs. Whether your visiting for a weekend, a week or longer this condo is perfect for your coastal Newport retreat. This loft is one of three units housed inside a building that dates back to the 1800's, and is centrally located in the heart of Newport's business district.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and a dining area with seating for four. Upstairs is the master suite with walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
Newport's famous Thames Street is right out the front door, so the loft situates you just steps away from Brick Marketplace, Bowen's Wharf and all the shopping, dining and attractions the area has to offer.
Availability for 1 parking spot per Loft is provided, but not guaranteed, in the public parking lot across the street from the building. Parking is subject to the lot’s availability. Specific parking instructions can be found in pre arrival communications and on our website. Please note that your vehicle must be moved by 11:00 AM on the day of your scheduled departure.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
