This has the potential to be a great property, as the staff was always really nice and friendly and the location can't be beat. However, we stayed for 3 nights and I was a little taken aback that nobody came to empty the trash or make sure that we had enough toilet paper. We ended up running out and called the front desk only to find out that it is not staffed at night and it is an answering service. I understand the check-in says if you want room cleaned, you need to provide 24 hours notice. I don't consider emptying a trash barrel or providing a roll of toilet paper cleaning service. So, if you're looking for a no-frills property, you found it. I guess I didn't realize toilet paper was a frill?!

Great stay walking distance to the downtown area. Our room was so nice and big and the pool area was clean. Right on the water. Would definitely stay there again!

Suites are incredibly large and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. Large pools and plenty of places to lounge. Walking distance to everywhere!

This is our third time staying here. The staff was very pleasant each time. They have done a very nice job with the outside amenities. The inside kitchen cabinets could use a little "refresh", but overall very nice stay. It is a little bit farther down from the very busiest part of Thames Street, but we considered this a plus, and liked the quiet, particularly staying during the week and before peak season. Plenty of parking, and still quite walkable to many wonderful restaurants.

There was plenty of room for myself and my daughters. There should be a sign or something said to or provided to guests stating when quiet hours are as there were guests in the room above that were quite loud until after midnight and I couldn’t call the front desk until morning. Also there should be something provided to cook in the kitchen aside from the one pan with a lid that plugs into the wall. It was very difficult to cook in the room multiple things. It would’ve been better to have an actual oven or at least a stove top.

The rooms were quite large and allowed for a lot of down time spent in the hotel. It was close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. It could use a few updates, but for the price, it was well worth it!
