We stayed at this hotel while we were in town visiting Busch Gardens! It is about 20 minutes away from the park & in a great location with the mall & a lot of great food options across the street. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast had great options & the lady serving it was very kind! Rooms were clean & I would stay here again!

Very surprised at how nice and clean this Comfort Inn was. I bring my own cleaning products when I travel and was pleasantly surprised that nothing was on my Clorox wipes. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is so much shopping and a lot of restaurants very close. Thank you to the Staff at this location for making our stay pleasant.

Rooms are in disrepair and you can tell it was previously smoked in. Switch covers were dirty, outlets were loose in the wall, mold in the shower, carpet had holes. Not worth the 125 we paid.

Female staff at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast extremely poor. No coffee, except for the one from a machine in the hotel, which tasted horrible. Only drink for breakfast was juice from the machine. We tried it and only the syrup came out. The person in charge (a man at the front desk) had not plugged it in or turned the water inflow on. He was fresh and asked us to try to make it work, and he did only when we complained about it. We told him there was no water and he sais he recommended to use the water from the gym. After we insisted, he realized nothing was plugged. You can figure out the rest if the stay.

I think there was a mosquito in the room caus I kept getting bit. It even woke me up. But rather than that the hotel was quiet and customer service was very kind.
