Great choice for a family vacation in Newquay
After an active and amazing week in Iceland, we were very keen on some relaxing days in Newquay. The apartment lived up to expectations and was much like shown in the advertisement. Very cozy and with all the amenities you've expected for a luxury apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was OK but not great. The outdoor patio was lovely and just what you need to relax and take in some sunshine (facing south). The only issue was loud construction site noise from the next-door neighbor. Rather unbearable on our first day. However, our caretaker, Steve, did a great job communicating our concerns to the construction site owners and the noise was limited the other days.

Lovely get away.
The apartment was in lovely condition very modern and comfortable. There was a designated parking space which was really handy as parking in Newquay is a bit tricky. It was warm and quiet with high quality bedding and appliances. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again.

Been a party of 2 adults and two teens We booked the property as it provided two bedrooms (one with bunks) and private outdoor space you don’t get with a hotel. The location of the property was in the heart of everything or a very short walk to which was great. The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything you expected for a rental property to the point we cooked one eve due to the weather. Communication was excellent (Steve) provided customer service throughout our stay and offered advice on activities, restaurants and general info. The off street parking was round the back of the property which is shared with the apartment guests above us. The road at the back is narrow and can be tricky to park if you have large cars. Overall We throughly enjoyed our stay and would return as it was perfect for what we required.

Just what we were looking for
Very easy check in with good communication from owner. Parking space to rear of property - a little tight but we fitted in along with the Range Rover for the people staying upstairs! Beds comfortable and everywhere clean. The location was excellent and very quiet at night.
