North Peak 2-305 Ski-in Ski-out

North Peak 2-305 has two bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full size bed with a single bunk over it. In the living area there is a queen size Murphy bed. This is nice so your extra quests don't need to sleep on a sleep sofa. There is an updated kitchen. Located on the top floor so you don't have anyone over you. North Peak offers an outdoor heated pool. There is also ski lockers for renters use along with coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Perfect spot for family trip to Sunday River
This condo was perfect for skiing Sunday River. The room was clean and comfortable. With the murphy bed we were able to spread out and my teenagers had their own rooms to sleep and relax in. Great communication and responsiveness by the management. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night out of 4 we had planned to stay, due to natural disaster. We were never compensated and there level of understanding was, “It is so unfortunate.” No where did I read ahead of time, there is NO elevator and this is on the 3rd floor. We would NOT recommend this place for a family.

Great for family and skiing
Very family friendly, clean and well thought out for family with children. Lockers in the basement for ski gear and plenty of hooks in the unit to hang clothing at the end of the day. The kitchen was clean and well stocked to prepare meals. Gas fireplace was a charming way to warm up after a day on the slopes.
