The staff member, Amber, was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist us with getting our belongings ( cooler) into our room. She was professional yet personable and made our brief stay at the hotel very positive. I would recommend this hotel to others and hope to visit for longer next time we are in Niagara on the Lake!

The location is perfect, situated in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, within walking distance of charming boutiques, and cafes. The room was beautifully appointed—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with luxurious touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and high-quality. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a base for exploring the wineries and charm of the region, 124 on Queen is the perfect choice. Perfect location in the Old Town,walking distance to many shops and restaurants,as well as a great place to walk down to the lake and Golf Course. The hotel is very clean,both restaurants are very good,our room was spacious and quiet. Highly recommend staying here 👍👍

I had planned to take my nieces for a special 3-night getaway at a hotel in Niagara on the Lake with spa services. There were a number of complications which could have made our stay fairly challenging. Instead, thanks to the amazing service I received from Amber and Debbie, we had such a memorable experience. I really cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile. The spa was also very good especially the Oxygen facial. I would highly recommend this hotel.
