Our TV didn`t work at all and the heating could not be adjusted. We went down to the front desk about the Tv and they said someone will fix it tomorrow. Not much good when we left the next day. The breakfast they served was very good though. The staff were very friendly.

Decent hotel
Here is my summary of this Comfort Hotel at Stanley Ave PRO: Decent hotel with good breakfast Service is very good. Everyone is very nice and helpful CONS: My room was not clean well. There was a huge dog pee on the floor that was not cleaned. The surrounding area is also dirty with a lot garbage and all over the ground. A little far from main attraction. About 10-15 mins walk from the falls. Overall I had a nice stay for the price I paid.

Place was nice with clean rooms and friendly service. The heated Pool was relatively clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. However, beds were not very comfortable and parking was $20 a night which was a huge negative.

The showers are quite small, you feel claustrophobic. It is not a bathtub rather just to stand up shower. Paid $20 a night for parking, the second night we almost had to park in their overflow spot half a block away until I advised that an accessible spot was required. They provided one of their choice gold platinum and diamond parking spots to us with verification of accessible label. Come to think of it the parking lot did not offer a single accessible parking spot. The staff were quite friendly however and more than accommodating.

Stayed at Comfort Hotel in a family of 4. Enjoyed the stay. Our room was at the 6th floor, clean but a little smaller in size. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway and it was also infront of the elevator. Breakfast was great both mornings with good variety & quantity.
