For pet owners, they charge almost the cost of the room for each pet. Not that they give you anything to accommodate your pet, like in other hotels (bowl and pet bed). If you are bringing more than one small dog, you better stay somewhere else For people sensitive to smells, i had to clean/mop my floor because the smell of the cleaning products was very strong and gave me a headache. In addition, the mop was disgusting after i cleaned my own floor.

The room was too small for two queen beds making it inconvenient and felt claustrophobic and there was no fan in washroom so after showering it felt felt too suffocating There were fruit flies in the breakfast area and the microwave there had lot of mold. The pool was also not clean. So we couldn't go swimming. The front desk staff and the managers were really good and trying their best to help so overall customer service was 5 star

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, we had 4 people in our group. The beds were not Queen sized. When I asked, I was told the size was Canadian Queen, these mattresses (I was told), is a little smaller. Should not be advertised as Queen, was not comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Staff were very friendly. Parking was very limited, was lucky I got the last spot and another car was driving around looking for a spot.

I liked the location. The $40 per night pet fee is outrageous but I knew that going in. The $20 per night parking was nuts considering parking was plentiful and availability was goid. This property with extreme pet fees and parking fees cost an extra $120. Nickel and diming patrons.
