First, the parking attendedant seeing my placard ran out to our truck and directed us to parking. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel was sitiated perfectly in the middle of all the attractions/activities we wanted to see/experience. Will absolutely stay here again.

Overall, we had a good experience. However, there were some issues during the booking process. The clerk was unable to locate our reservation for an extended period, which caused delays. Additionally, when we checked out, we were charged extra for parking. This charge was supposed to be covered by our hockey team, but due to the delays at check-in, it was not processed correctly.

We left a couple hours after we got there. We did not spend the night. My husband said he did not feel comfortable the room was too small. I wasnt impressed with the hot tub. It was weak and very dirty. The room was clean but i didnt like that we were on the 1st floor 5 feet from our car. I was very disappointed.

If you are looking for a one night stay the property is fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, when we arrived, they had our room on another section of the hotel which was only accessible by a separate entrance with no elevator and on the second floor. They did change our room which was great. But, the room we got had a balcony that was on the same level as the rooftop air conditioning units. Not a great view at all.

It was an older style building can have security out in the parking lot. The lots were closed off so you couldn’t use All entrances, but I was told I was gonna have queen size beds, and the beds were hard uncomfortable and it was like they were doubles

The location is excellent and we always stay here when we visit the Niagara area. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, the free breakfast is wonderful, the parking is on site and safe. Also, very convenient to the popular sites and the Falls. The location is very close to the QEW which enables us to travel to Saint Catherine's in Toronto for shopping. Also, Niagara on the lake is a short 25 minutes away.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff was very unfriendly from the start, which left a bad impression. On top of that, a $100 deposit was immediately charged to my credit card without any prior notice, which I found quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the parking is the most expensive in the area, making the stay even less appealing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There are limited electrical outlets in the room which makes it hard when you have a family of 4 trying to charge devices. The breakfast, although included has a 20 minute time limit and you are not permitted to take the food too your room. I can’t imagine having little ones and fixing their plate, helping them eat and getting yourself food all while being timed.
