Had to ask for a different room because of an unpleasant odor . They changed our room without any hassle and actually gave us a bigger room it just didn’t have a view of the park which was very close just across the street. Restaurant was very limited in what they offered and we had to eat off property. Pool was small but we had it all to ourselves.

The staff was friendly. The bistro had a very limited menu. The beds were so firm it felt like laying on concrete. The bedroom we had was large and clean. The area around the hotel was old industrial mostly.

The hotel is very beautiful for being in what I would call a ghost town. The town is truly eerie, but it’s worth the visit because the waterfalls are spectacular. However, I can’t say the same about the hotel. The front desk staff was always friendly, but they only had one person managing the entire hotel. I made a reservation for 5 people and was only given 3 towels. I spent an entire day waiting for the towels, called more than 6 times, and their excuses were that they were being washed or that there wasn’t enough staff. Another issue was that from the day we arrived, trash from other rooms was left in front of ours for over a day, and the hallway started to smell like dirty toilet paper. The hotel itself is very nice, but it seems all the problems stem from a lack of staff. Although the hotel’s restaurant is expensive, the food is delicious. Lastly, the sofa bed in the studio for 5 people was terrible—an old mattress that would be better replaced with the floor. We struggled a lot with this. The hotel is beautiful and close to the park, but please improve the facilities for 5 people or simply don’t offer the service. Also, clean the rooms! My family and I had to do the housekeeping for our room, which is absurd.

Our room was smaller than we expected. We didn't have any drawers for storage space. No safe to lock up personal items, and a huge stain behind the toilet in the bathroom. My husband and I both experienced a rash on our faces due to bed sheets. We tried getting a different room but they just wanted to charge us more money for a smaller room

We did like that it was close to Niagara Falls State Park and the casino. I feel that they needed walkways through the mulched flower beds (which were pretty, by the way) from the parking lot to get into the building. It was fascinating to know it was the old Niagara Falls Chocolate Factory and you could see the old building columns throughout the building.

Walking distance to the falls. Convenient location, nice hotel. Staff could have been a little more accomodating with allowing us to use the freezer for ice packs. Room fridge is TINY! Coudn't store leftovers from dinner. Couldn't save them because staff only put ice packs in fridge so they didn't last long enough and had to toss food. Back to the falls. AWESOME!

Everything was good, but the gym was like working out in a sauna. There were no yoga mats so couldn’t stretch or do sit ups. Needed a few more hand weights (sizes) also could use more weight machines or another bench.

The whole experience was wonderful. The best part of this location is the staff. Angel, who works in the laundry, was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location!
