Location was walkable to the major Falls attractions and the renovated room and customer experience was nice but my only disappointment was the TV only had streaming available. Good location, Good price, Good parking rate (free)

Clean hotel
The room was clean and staff was kind. The walls and door were super thin. There were people arguing/partying in the hall and their room until 3:00 am. We could hear everything they were saying. Other than that the stay was as expected.

Clean, newly renovated room, with nice linens, for a great price. Parking included in the room rate is a huge bonus in the Niagara Falls area. Short walk to restaurants or to the Falls. Very pleasant staff.

Clean and Inexpensive
We stayed here after a concert at the OLG stage. Easy walking distance to the venue and to the falls as well. Free parking is a great bonus in Niagara Falls. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very bare and no frills but if you’re looking for a cheap clean place to crash, you can’t do better in Niagara Falls!

Convenient stay at Diplomat Inn
Easy check-in, spotless room, friendly staff. Only a small issue with construction noise under the window at 7:30 am one morning, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay there again. Appreciated proximity to Fallsview Casino, restaurants etc. and free parking.

The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff are all amazing and friendly. When we had a problem the Manager went over and above to solve it. Joanne at the front desk was great. Would absolutely stay here again.
