Very clean property. Check in was very professional and friendly. Well located to close proximity of Clifton hill. Our room could have been a little bit better interms of how the furniture are layed out and the bed was a little too firm for liking. However would definitely be back as well as referring in to my colleagues. 4.5 🌟

Hidden gem. Staff are nice and so friendly. Beds are so comfortable. We asked for 2 extra pillows and got them delivered to our room in 5 minutes. Great value for the price point. We will return for sure! 👍

decent hotel but TV didn't work, rooms had a room key instead of keycard and thought every time id leave the room someone would get in the room, key wouldnt fit in one of the locks and the one on the doorknob i didnt think it would stay locked. Checked out a day early

Clean room, great bed, free wifi & parking! Not too far of a walk to Clifton hill or the falls — about 15 min. No breakfast included but IHop is a minute walk from the diplomat. Perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep & park as the price was reasonable and location was close to everything. Staff are so kind and friendly. Definitely will recommend and come back in the future. Thanks again.
