We loved how there was so much to do, we needed at least one more day to actually experience it all. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a great experience!

The hotel itself is very nice and very well maintained. Our room was great, kids loved the queen over queen bunk. Food options were good and mostly reasonable by resort pricing standards. The water park is top notch. My only complaint is that dang magiquest game for the kids where they use wands and go on a "quest" around the hotel to find different things. There needs to be 2 options, a fun one for younger kids that is much easier, and then the version they have now for older kids. I'm an adult and got so dang frustrated trying to figure out how to get my kids through different quests. When you pay $25 for a wand and $19 for "activation" to play each time you visit, there should be an option for younger kids to finish easier quests.

The Great Wolf Lodge is a magical place for families with kids. We stayed here before the Halloween and their Halloween events were really fun. The waterpark is great, too. The staff works hard to keep the facility clean and safe. We loved the room we stayed. It had cute bunkbeds which were comfortable and big enough for adults to sleep on. The only thing we didn't like about our room was the quality of the sofa bed which was too thin and springy. But everything else exceeded our expectation. We'd definitely come back here!
