The only issue I constantly have when I go to this property is that there is never any parking available at the hotel, I am always told it is too busy and full. Does not seem right when you have a reservation.

Everything went well, except front desk gave me a room card for a room that was already occupied. Thankfully no one was in the room when we went in. Their clothes were scattered everywhere and the TV was on. Never experienced that before.

I liked the view of the Falls and a lot of entertainment and dining options are within walking distance. Only thing I had a problem with was the heating unit in our room. It blew semi cold air regardless of the temperature setting. I'm glad it wasn't super cold outside, otherwise I would've asked for a different room.

Wouldn't have picked this hotel if I didn't have to. Was there in Niagara for my kids hockey tournament. Two nights $700 plus. Parking was $50/night off-site and $80 onsite. Niagara pricing in full effect.

I was a bit upset I was not notified ahead of time that I would have to pay for parking. Paying $250 for a tiny room with a view of a wall plus an additional $50 for parking felt like gouging. The fire alarm went off and it took somw time for the annunciation. I would not book this hotel again unfortunately.
