Other vacancies included loud people and banging. I came to realize that the banging was coming from the cleaning staff. Everything is concrete walls, so the banging echos that much louder. Also check out isn’t until 12noon, why are the cleaning crews trying to get into my room when it’s hours before check out. Once at 9:30 then two more time after that. Luckily I had my towel on or that person was absolutely going to invade my privacy. Do better.

Everything good 👍. The jacuzzi hot water is perfect for a very cold winter weather outside. Relieves Body pain and sinuses after a hot jacuzzi soak. Woke up following day refreshed and feeling much better.

Our hotel stay was generally pleasant, but the customer service from the front desk staff (morning shift) was lacking. The night staff, however, was friendly. When we approached the desk, there was no greeting; the staff member asked for our ID without even looking up and handed us the room keys. When I inquired about breakfast, which I had already paid for, she simply handed me a breakfast card. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable. While the hotel doesn't offer a view of the falls, it’s just a 4-5 minute walk, which we didn’t mind. The free parking was a nice bonus, and breakfast was good. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the lack of customer service was a notable drawback.

It was our second time staying here, and definitely not the same experience we had last time. When we arrived for 3pm check-in we were told to wait with many others because there was an issue with the linen's not arriving yet. Finally checked in after 4pm. Parking attendants didn't seem to understand how to do their job, and kept changing the rules and the pylons. Ended up on Floor 3 instead of Floor 1 (which we had last year) even though we had requested floor 1 in the notes. We had 2 rooms and both of them had dated shower and tub areas. TV's were MEH, and our view were of noisy AC and heating units on a roof. We requested a change and they could not grant it. Several drunk patrons taking up rooms across from each other were loudly ridiculous with their rooms open, and the staff said they could go talk to them after 11pm only. My Husband went to get towels for the pool since they never seem to stock them, and a rude male front desk staff who wasn't there last year, wasn't going to let him back into pool area because it was close to closing time, even though his family was in there waiting for the towels. Positives: The bar tender at adjoining restaurant makes amazing drinks, most of the staff at front desk are accommodating, hot tub is HOT, our cleaning lady was so sweet and did a good job, and it's darn close to the Falls, fireworks, restaurants and shops.

Our favourite hotel in the area when we visit. One of the only ones with included free parking, easy walk down to the falls, casino, and Clifton Hill. Excellent pool, hot tub, sauna to unwind. Hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. We noticed since our last visit that cleaning and maintenance has really improved. Best value in the area.
