Basically ok, but noisy
The place looks pretty good for a NF hotel. The room was big and the furniture was comfortable. Props on the heated bathroom floor. We found the bartender quite friendly and helpful. Location is great for access to the Fallsview theatres. However, several things would make me not want to stay here again. Our room was on the ground floor across from the elevators, and other guests were very loud when passing by. We booked a room with balcony, so being on the ground floor was not great. The fan coil unit was really loud making sleep difficult.

Check in quick, room clean. Beds were awful. As soon as we sat on the bed or so much as breathed on it is was super squeeky. For anyone that doesn't sleep in the same position this is not ideal. Also we paid to have breakfast included to find that it didn't even include a glass of orange juice which we had pay $5.85

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed

we liked your hotel but found that room 112 assigned to us was noisy due to the elevator. however, we were not unhappy with out stay and would stay here again. Your staff Gordona and Tiku were extremely pleasant to deal with. thank you.

Clean, comfortable. Nice room.
Stayed one night for a concert at the casino. The room was clean and ready to go, with towels, coffee for the keurig machine etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Check in was easy and desk staff was helpful. Free parking was a big plus, and our show at the casino was right across the street. Just a 5 minute walk down the street to the falls, and the Christmas lights display was nice to see as well.

Stay away!! The Holiday Inn by Niagara Falls is the worst hotel. Guests beware. Room keys randomly deactivate, and an inconvenience to have them reactivated at front desk when they are dealing with several check-ins. Unclean and unsanitary rooms. After a very late check in and concert the night before, we didnt discover until the next day that there were several stains including blood stains on the sheets hidden by the duvet. We took pictures and went back down to the front desk to report the issue. Requested them to change the sheets. The staff were completely dismissive and terribly rude and disrespectful. Demanded we would have to leave the room and provided no ETA as to when cleaning staff would be up to change the sheets. After a long day I just wanted to rest. Requested they provide the sheets to me so I could change it myself and staff refused this also. I requested to speak to a manager on duty, was told a manager was not available and refused to provide me with a contact number or business card. I requested to be checked out as I was completely disgusted by the blood and the fact that I had slept in unclean sheets that were deceptively hidden. They refused to provide a refund for the 2nd night stay. Requested the name of the individual at the front desk to report his behavior and he refused to provide his name. He was not wearing a name tag. IHG, Miro, Stephanie you should be ashamed of yourselves for very poor management.

It was a nice hotel close to everything. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it because I checked in too late and it doesn't open until late in the morning. Restaurant on premises had good food .

The room came with a fridge and coffee maker which was very handy and they included k cups, tea and whitener/sugar packets. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking in a handy lot at the back was a plus. There is a back door and luggage carts to help with unloading your car. The restaurant/bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two swimming pools (outdoor pool was closed for the season but indoor was open) Some upper floors have balconies, ground floor has sliding patio doors which may be a safety issue for some , but it locked securely and I felt safe. Reasonable price and basically across the street from Fallsview Casino and just a short trip down the hill to the falls. For the area, location and free parking I think if is a great deal. Clean and functional room, we had a pleasant stay and would return.
