honestly has a housekeeper i was dissatisfied from the scratchy small bed sheets to the blanket as a comforter and the pillows that are harder then the floor i would never stay again.

We especially liked the location and the convenience of having Dennys and the food court close. The view from our window was great. The room was nice and quant. We would stay here again.

Quick check in with friendly staff. Clifton Hill within a few minutes walk with lots of dining options. Niagara falls 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay again!

I would not recommend this property at all. The hot tub was dirty with hair and not working. Bed had hair on it and washroom had pee smell. Overall the room looked clean but when we actually started living there, we found all this. Washrooms weren’t cleaned properly. Housekeeping - They don’t come clean your room till you stay there for three nights. If anything less, they don’t and refused The receptionist didn’t seem friendly but while checking in she started talking about penalties if we don’t leave in time at check out. We didn’t feel welcomed at all and I would never go back there again. Someone put garbage bin behind the car when parked in the parking lot

The property is well placed in the heart of the touristy area of Niagara Falls. The value of the accommodations is great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property is in need of some improvements. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling off and walls had scuff marks from the use of the room.
