This hotel has grat location close to everything but, it is really old and smells like stale cigarettes. Its also dirty :(

I’ll start with the good…this hotel is in an awesome location. You have about a 20min walk to Clifton Hill, BUT the 20min walk is along the falls so it’s worth getting your steps in. There’s many food options within walking distance, as well as the Fallsview Casino being a few walking minutes away. Now the reason I won’t stay at this hotel again…My hubby and I were put into a room that looks like it was an old storage room that they converted into a hotel room - we called it “the hole in the wall”. Our “view” from our window was a steel wall that sounded like a night club was on the other side of it. There was music blaring all night long (both nights we stayed), but we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from since there was a parking lot on the other side of the steel wall. The bed itself was clean, however the shower walls had hair on them…speaking of the shower, the bathroom is in desperate need of an update - the bathtub and sink were yellow and cracked, the toilet barely flushed, and the hot water was intermittent in the shower. Moving on to the main part of the room, we had a TV we had to squint to see because it was so small. Not only was it so small, but we couldn’t watch a single show/movie on it because it would freeze and glitch for 10 minutes at a time. There was also no microwave…which we learned and were upset about when we went to warm up our pizza. This hotel has potential…they just need to use the small fortune they charge per night and fix it.

Hotels, Cleanliness is very poor. For the amount of price you pay it’s very low motel type of hotel. TV did not work. There was no microwave.

Parking was expensive, we checked in around 1 AM. They ran our card for the $400.00 deposit, it came back as suspected fraud as our bank was unaware we were out of country. I asked the girl if it was OK and went through and she assured me it was all good. We found out the next day, when we returned from activitites, the charge did not go through as the hotel had locked us out without contacting us. The receptionist was rather rude when we went down to find out what was going on. When we first arrived, we found our room had no towels andno toiletries, i had to go down to the reception for body wash and shampoo and install them myself. The furniture was torn and dirty, my wife ended up with migraines due to the mold in the air. The HVAC filter was horribly dirty, there was hair in the jacuzzi from previous visitors. On our second (last) morning there, we were in the shower when room service was knocking, 2 hours before check out, they told my wife they were told to clean our room early as we were "team American" and we normally check out early. The hotel seem to be only in operation still simply on the fact they say they are a falls view hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL - the Embassy Suites right next door is a far superior hotel.

The room we booked was well worth the extra cost, for the impossibly great view of the waterfalls, can see both the horseshoe shaped Canadian side and the US falls as well which offered the fireworks at night. The large hotel tower has clean comfortable and spacious rooms facing the skyline of the town on one side and the waterfall on the backside. The absolute best part was the large scenic windows and the direct views of Niagara waterfalls. Short walk to the pathway downhill to the waterfall park (or the funicular entrance) Free 24h hot beverages in the hotel lobby was also a lovely touch!

It was not specied that they charge you $50 for parking. They only have complementary coffee, not tea; but when we wanted to get coffee, there was none. We got a coupon for the Applebee restaurant, but is not good for breakfast There is a beautiful view of the falls at the 14 floor

Thought we were getting a 2 queen room overlooking the courtyard. They upgraded us all the way from the 1st to the 2nd floor. We ended up overlooking the parking lot. Paid almost $400 for this room and it was like a two bit motel you can find on the side of the road. Lightbulbs burned out, Bed was so soft we rolled to the center. Couldn't tell of the carpet was filthy or it was that color. Really bad experience. Will not ever go back.

Major updating needed. This used to be a nice hotel. My favourite in Niagara Falls. Now? Pillows are so soft they’re useless, towels feel like sandpaper, one very crowded elevator in use. I will not stay here again.
