Didn’t like paying 35 tax for parking per night. That will make me go elsewhere. Our bathroom needs an update. Beautiful dining area and of course the building has character. Just needs a few things updated. Front desk was great.

Our group enjoyed the property but its not well suited for anyone with mobility issues. The restaurant and bar were great but our meals could have alittle better for the price point. Lovely old building with lots of character and in a good lication.

This facility had a beautiful lobby and restaurant. The rooms and hallways are dated. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Be aware they charge additional for parking.

It was super convenient…able to walk everywhere from that location. We avoided all the crowds by staying in this smaller hotel. Very quaint! Front desk friendly and helpful giving us tips for dinner where the locals go. Their restaurant is expensive especially breakfast, otherwise we would had a great experience!

Great Place to Stay in Niagara
I have stayed here many times before. The Flour Mill Restaurant is superb and the staff are excellent. My beef is with the extra charges....50.00 for my 6.5 lb dog and parking of 35.00. Where else am I gonna park so I have to pay the fee or find somewhere else to park - really? Then a $250.00 deposit for pet damages (which I get back). I get it that sometimes dogs wreck hotel rooms however at the same time so do people (I used to work as a chambermaid years ago so I saw it first hand). It was not the pet that destroyed the rooms, it was the people. However overall I love this place and it is among my top choices to stay in Niagara Falls.

Got a king size.Superior room with a fireplace. fireplace didn't work.Not all the amenities were there the bed was broken. Air conditioner wasn't working properly. Also when we got there we had an extra fee that we had to pay. Three hundred dollar room but the room worth hundred dollar at best. Also why do hotel places always blame the booking site unacceptable.
