The location of the hotel was very convenient to view Niagara Falls and it was easy walking distance. The hotel provides free breakfast and parking but the room was in need of refinishing . The staff were friendly and helpful. .

Check in was difficult Clerk did not explain the financial holds very well and ended up with an extra hold over and above To get the main level was an additional $20 which was an “upgrade” to find smaller bed size Breakfast was minimal and many muffins at least 5 were moldy— we removed them hoping they would look but instead they put them back as an option, we removed again and threw them out The waitress in the dining area looked confused told her they were moldy but that was the end of it Coffee pot in room didn’t work well

Very unprofessional staffing
The lady at the counter was very ignorant, we also selected to pay at the hotel upon arrival and they took the money off my credit card prior to arriving. When I called to let them know I would be there around 6:30-7pm as my wife and I worked the gentleman on the phone was ignorant and hung up on me. We didn’t even stay because of how they were and we weren’t happy when they took the money off my credit card before arriving to the hotel. My wife and I will never book at this hotel again.

I did not like the fact that you have to walk outdoors to get to your room. No elevator in 3-storey building. Very inconvenient. Choices for breakfast could be improved as well as decent cutlery.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. I really like it because of the location, it is very close to the falls, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel needs remodeling, as both the rooms and the elevator have been in use for many years without being remodeled. Other than that, I really like this hotel and I think I will continue using it on my future trips to Niagara The Falls.

Checkin we were early and usually have no issues with getting room early. This time it seemed we were bothering the person checking us in and were told wouldn’t be ready yet and finally the person checked or said they checked and not ready come back at 3 and maybe it would be ready but probably by 4 it would be ready. Gave us our parking pass and said hi for a walk or drink until it’s ready. Other wise our stay was good.
