The stay was alright after the 1st night as I spoke with the manager about things her employees failed to tell me about. The manager Victoria was super kind & the maintenance guy Ken was amazing. It wasn’t the vibe we thought we paid for, was very thrown off to see under the bed our first night after checking in & it’s still being there after housekeeping so-called came to us…. Gross.

Everything is so expensive. Booked the room with the jacuzzi with a dog. A dog fee is 75 plus tax. And a parking is 45 plus tax. And other small fees. My room for one night is for 300 but the total amount is 490.

Wasnt what we expected. "Fallsview" is only partial. Pool was very disappointing. Property amenities says hot tub but tgere is no hot tub just a smaller pool attached and flowing into the pool. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable.Heat is not consistent even with the control on the wall.
