Great weekend stay so close walking to clifton or falls. Clean and comfy. Only minor thing was unaware no bar fridge in room you have to rent them once there and they bring to you. No biggie but ideal with snacks and drinks and know for future of added costs.

It was an old property and the organizers forced us to book one of their recommended properties or we would get disqualified from the tournament. When we arrived and they said our booking was cancelled.

Rooms were clean but a little dated and need some updating. Staff was cooperative and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. I did not like having to pay extra for parking, an elevator was out for the duration of my stay, the ice machine on our floor was out of order and we had to pay for water in the room. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Other than that my stay was pleasant.

Rooms could use updating. Has water spots on ceiling. Keycards stopped working. They also charge $20 a day to park not the that is listed on expedia. Stff was friendly and close to all attractions

got there and immediately got charged for parking then the shower handle was spinning around so had to call for service and all the guy did was tightened the screw instead of changing the plastic handle so the morning after it happened again also they rented the room next to ours to very noisy people so I called the desk but they didn't do anything as the noise lasted till 4am.i am very disappointed as I paid extra to avoid things like that.

Front desk staff good except one employee whe messed up my son’s check in. Manager not helpful and quite rude. Tried to resolve issue before leaving but manager wouldn’t come to talk and we insisted then she came and didn’t resolve situation. Terrible customer service.

Well, iwas looking for something economic no chip, location was ok, but this place needs a new administration, everything is dirty, needs renovation, I left in my room the garbage organized that the cleaning person could pick it up, when I came back was there, no nice

Hotel was filthy from the lobby to the room all the carpeting was filthy. 1 elevator worked. Everything in the room was old, worn and dirty. Bath tub, bath tiles filthy, dirt/mold. Areas on the wall filthy. Hairs in the bed. Bedskirt filthy. Chair in corner of room stained and dirty. Carpet behind chair ripped.
