The staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable. We knew the restaurant was closed for the season but it would have been nice to have the lounge open for after dinner (elsewhere). We sat and red books in our room for the evening. We thought we could have the fireplace on but eventually figured it was affiliated with the thermostat. It was a real treat to wake up through the night with a fire in the grate. Lovely!!

We had a lovely one night stay and everything was perfect! Definetly will be back. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the hotel to Peller Estates in the golf cart...lol! So much fun.

Rachel was the most delightful staff member. She was helpful and charming. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of wine . Our stay was short but absolutely wonderful. The room was gorgeous overlooking the vineyard. Rachel drove us to our dinner at the vineyard next door and also collected us with blankets as it was chilly. Breakfast was fabulous. I cannot wait to return and stay for a longer vacation :)

This was just average for us. The in room thermostat was not intuitive so we were very uncomfortable the first night. Also, the shower head needs replaced, old and barely any pressure. We were greeted with a welcome drink, but overall did not find it a very warm or friendly experience. Breakfast was fine although a bit pricey for the value. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

A perfect location for a special occasion. Surrounded by vineyards and a five-minute stroll to the banks of the Niagara River. Great area for autumn leaves and very close to the shops and restaurants of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Start the day with the hotel's outstanding breakfast!

We have always been coming to this property, but the last visit will be our last visit. The restaurant on site closes early and we had to go into town to get food. We were upgraded to a top floor room with terrace but the terrace look like it was neglected. The table and chairs were missing chairs. It looked like it had not been swept in a while . Our bedsheets were pulled. Not what you would expect from an upscale hotel. Truly disappointed.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous hotel, classy furnishings and spacious bedroom. Coffee at reception in morning. We did a wine tasting in the Estate Room at the Peller Vineyard on the grounds and then had dinner in the Winery restaurant. Both were delicious and with excellent service. I recommend the 5 course tasting menu with paired wine. A 5* experience!
