I am floored that this place has the stars it does. Right from the beginning it was a nightmare. There was no parking at the hotel so we had to park across the way which wasn’t that close. Our room smelled so awful of urine and old cigarettes. They offered another room but said they are all the same so no point in moving rooms. Our room had an attached room for my mom coming the next night but they put someone else in there and gave her a different room not attached as it was supposed to be. Again offered us to move rooms but she wouldn’t be attached as she was supposed to be from the beginning. The restaurant to order from was awful, literally bagged salad mix for $26. If the price was $100 a night I can see why it would be but for over $225 a night thats completely unacceptable for how filthy and smelly it was, and that price did not include the water park for those wondering. We would never stay there again unless it gets a complete renovation.

It was awful, there is NO handicap accessible parking. The air conditioner did not work, other guests complained about the same issue. Limited plugins that, and outlets were unsafe and the plugs would not say plugged in. This is a huge fire hazard in my opinion. I will not book at this hotel ever again. But the only good thing I can say is that the staff was good and agreeable about the deplorable conditions of the hotel. I would like a call back about this awful say here.
