the first 3 days they had a male hosekeeper, horrible job he wouldnt clean the room and when we complaint he went to our room to confront us he didnt leave toilet paper, cups or clean towels. Hotel has a sign that if you refuse housekeeping you get a $5 starbucks gift card, my room never got cleaned i asked for the card and they said it had been clean, the place is old and smelly, i had a suit not enough storage for clothes. I would never come back to this hotel, i been several times in niagara falls and had never experience this.

Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

I understand it’s an older hotel so it is not going to be amazing. But the keys stopped working, water was running all throughout the night, and room was dirty. The main thing was the female security guard was completely rude for no reason. Our kids were surprisingly quiet in the courtyard and she was rude to them. While she was rude to us and our children, other kids were running around screaming, knocking on random doors and windows- being extremely loud. But instead of saying anything to them, so choose to pick a bone with us while we were all sitting around playing games. The second night of our stay we were in the courtyard again and had a different security guard come up to us. He was very polite and kind. A complete opposite of the female the previous night. I do think it’s silly they kick you out of the courtyard at 10 and kids aren’t to play in it. I also understand they have to have rules but it is in how you communicate them to people. We stay here all the time and will never be back due to how that security guard treated us and our kids.

This is a family hotel and I’m so glad when 10pm hit it was quiet throughout! People were respectful with bedtime! Very convenient location, prime location! My check in staff was very courteous and friendly.

The hotel rooms are old and looked dirty. (not worth the price) The check-in service was also bad (they were not trained) and the parking lot staff was discriminatory (offensive). As for the water park, we had a good time, but it is not recommended for children under 2 years old.

Waterpark rules a terrible you can’t even go inside to see for what you are paying - you have to buy ticket even to watch the kids - kids less then 10 years old can’t go to the wave pool alone - you have to go with them so lifeguard are useless , smell is terrible and is dirty - staff rude - no towels in the water park for free front desk staff English is so poor I could barely understand what they are saying we booked this hotel only for waterpark but you have to pay extra for everything so at the end it’s not cheap
