The property was close to all necessities and entertainment! the rooms were very clean and comfortable! Maybe bring your own pillow if you like medium to hard pillows.

When coming out the door to the 2nd floor where our room was the step down was larger than expected an a steel pole right infront of exit I ended up falling thus smacking my head and then my shoulder off the steel pole. So my stay was a lil painful

I stayed at this property before, but this time i felt disappointed with how the staff communicated (literally raised their voice and talked disrespectfully when I couldn't understand what she murmured about). The room this time was on the motel side, the hall was extremely dirty and smelly. The room was good but the bed was smelly. The location and the parking lot are great.

We had a great weekend weather was awesome for being the end of October. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade especially bathrooms. Bathtub had cracks and the seal on the bath tubs are comming off. Overall great room, spacious and close to Clifton Hill!

It fit our needs. It was clean enough. It is a simple motel. The parking fee add on was questionable after paying for the stay. We had guests outside our door that were talking loudly and smoking Marijuana late at night. Breakfast was reasonable. Front staff was friendly. If you like the Clifton Hill area or the Niagara Casino this may work for you.

The first room we had wasn’t too nice so we had to upgrade it, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I forgot her name but she let us leave our stuff in a back room while the new room was being cleaned.
