I would have given it at least 4 stars but there were a few unfortunate things. To start with the positives, it was a great location because it is close to everything and the room was clean. However, when we went down to the pool it was very unclean. The hot tub had dirt spread out throughout and the foam itself had dirt on top of it. Then, in the pool there was a lot of hair floating around. When we came back to the room and wanted to shower, I noticed there was dried up green substance on top of the shower head. This all made the stay more unpleasant.

Stay was great the only problem I found was the maid service wasn’t the greatest bed was poorly made and the carpet was vacuumed crumbs were still on the floor after they cleaned

I love this hotel but they don’t have hot water. I ran the water for quite a while. It never warmed up which is really too bad because they had a great soaker tub and nice shower. It’s our second visit to this hotel. Same problem last time. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel in an excellent location. Will not be returning until they fix the water problem.
