Beware: parking not on site. You will have to carry your luggage for about 2 blocks and up many stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with yummy fresh squeezed OJ. The hotel is old and in need of a good remodel. Location is walkable, very close to great shopping and dinning options. A good option for a one night stay.

The property was well-kept and the location cannot be beat, right next to Old Nice and next to Place Massena. The room I booked had a ridiculously small shower, specifically a shower door which I had to maneuver carefully to get in and out of, and that made it difficult to enjoy. I feel like the cost for the room, which was definitely not cheap, was not aligned with what I received. Beyond that though, the staff were amazing and I would consider staying there again if I were to be able to get a better deal on the room and with a proper shower :)

Hôtel qui est bien rénové, très belle réception… Un excellent accueil autant à l’entrée ( gars du stationnement) qu’à la réception. Notre chambre était petite ainsi que la salle de bain, mais très confortable et un beau petit plus: une porte-fenêtre qui donnait sur un mini balcon… Rien à y redire!!

Best staff ever
The staff at this hotel were the friendliest, most polite, helpful and efficient that we have ever experienced. We were offered an upgraded room and discount on breakfast. Our luggage was stored until our room was available (we arrived in the morning) and the staff gave us many suggestions of things to do in the city while we waited. It’s obvious that this hotel is very well managed. The room was very spacious by European standards and hotel is nicely situated by most visited sites.

The staff was very nice and the property was clean. Very well located. And there’s a parking. Also, Massimo upgraded us, so the room was nice and spacious. Only issue is that the room had no view, just a construction wall. We couldn’t change as the hotel was fully booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

So close to Old Town without the crazyness. Staff were great and tried very hard to please. Room was excellent but would select an inside room next time. Street noise at night was pretty loud Tuesday-Saturday when a bar was open
