Chez easyHotel votre satisfaction est notre priorité et nous sommes désolés que le manque de frigo dans les chambres ait été un problème, nous avons des frigos en cuisine où nous pouvons stocker vos produits frais si besoin et la réception est ouverte 24h/24 donc vous pouvez les récupérer à tout moment. Nous ne vous avons pas payer la bagagerie au départ à titre commercial car vous l' aviez payé à l' arrivée. En espérant vous recevoir de nouveau. Cordialement

Dear Sir, In order to offer your the best value for money, easyHotel offers the best price on the rooms and gives you the possibility to choose the extra services that you need such as the daily cleaning that can be added if you wish.
