We only stayed in the room from 8 pm until 4:00 am so it was a very quick night because we had an early flight. It was clean and convenient to public transportation. If I was staying for several days in a row as we did on the front end of our trip I would recommend staying in Old Town or Garibaldi Area.

Parking included is advertised yet we ended up paying 78 euros for 2 nights at the garage the front desk recommended. Nothing about this hotel is “4 star” worthy other than the aesthetics of the bathroom (which in person come across as a bit more worn in than represented in photos) and the kind staff (they were lovely). the shower overflows onto the floor, no hooks for long towels, faint smell of feces permeates the hotel. We feel a bit catfished by the photos chosen to represent the exterior of the hotel, partially that is on me for not questioning why there were so many photos of the beach for a hotel so deep in the city. If you need to be close to the train station this might be a good fit for you but it did not meet our expectations for a four star hotel especially especially compared to other four star stays we’ve had in France on this trip. Guests are encouraged to restock their I’m room amenities as needed by traveling to the 1st floor which is not a problem, I’m capable of doing that myself but again, not quite what is expected for a 4 star stay. Personally I’d rank this as a 3 star hotel.
This is not a four star hotel, maybe not even three star. They have not changed the sheets in 8 days while we were there. They did minor room cleaning one day out of 8. We had to ask four times and go and talk to receptionist to get additional blanket. Staff was very unfriendly. We paid for intermediate room based on Expedia description and ended up with the smallest room they had. Very small room with no closet - hard to move around. Overall, way bellow four star hotel.
Hotelsdotcom calls it a standard or junior room but the hotel calls it a small room. It is VERY small and partner has to climb over you to get out of bed!
The undoubted advantage is the excellent location for visiting all the attractions of Nice on foot and by public transport and neighboring cities by train. It is on the central street of the city. The airport is close too, and accessible by tram if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the tram line 2. The staff is very friendly, professinal and helped us with everything. The hotel is easy to find - the entrance is next to McDonald's. The train station is very close, around the corner. The hotel is clean and everything is well organized. The only disappointment was the interior design: we lived in a 'superior' room and there were no hangers in the bathroom to hang towels, there were no drawers and wardrobe in the room for coats and the room was cramped. We adapted, and the location of the hotel compensated these inconveniences for us, but this should be taken into account . Maybe you need to choose a larger room to have more space.

Not that great
The hotel was ok but our room was so small. No place for our luggage except for against the wall outside the bathroom. If you were in the room you had to stand or sit on the bed. The top of the small fridge was used for the safe and a place for the coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning was minimal. They did have complementary coffee which was nice. Would we stay here again, no.
Ridiculously small bedroom. Probably the smallest I have ever encountered. This made this stay very uncomfortable. There are larger bedrooms and I would recommend if anybody stays here to for larger room. There is no lobby.
The room was so beautiful and the bed was so comfy! A beautiful space to relax in - initially only booked for one night but we loved it so much we are now staying for 3!
Great stay in a great location! Lots of walkable restaurants nearby. Fronr desk very helpful especially Omar! He gave is some great recommendations! Would definitely stay again. Glad i booked the king bed room it was a little larger the the queen room.
This hotel is a great little gem in the heart of Nice that is in close proximity to the beach, shopping, train station and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean. Turnover service is bare BARE minimum and aside from Cedric and housekeeping, concierge was cold and very unhelpful. Not friendly or welcoming at all. When traveling we expect some degree of customer service and this was NOT IT. A cute hotel but would probably stay somewhere with better service that is warm and welcoming in the future.
All in all a great place to stay, staff where wonderful very friendly and helpful. 2 - 3 minutes away from the main train station, perfect for day trips to Monaco, Eze and Cannes. Tramline also very close. If you don't mind walking then then the old town and promenade is 15 minutes away..

Around the hotel seemed a bit unsafe and also it was very noisy
Lovely hotel conveniently located near the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable, a little on the small side but fine for a couple of nights.
