A simple hotel in the city centre
The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. It was very good for the price.

The rooms were okay. Since it was April, the fan unit only put out heated air. We had to open the window to get to cool down the room.

The property is functional, a place to sleep and the bathroom is clean. However, it is quite noisy even past 1 am. The level 2 entrance to the lift lobby has a bit of unpleasant smell.

Need to improve service level. Reception barely speak English. A few times reception desk was unmanned and it was during office hours. Parking is chargeable, expensive and complicated. Rooms are small to the point of being uncomfortable and theres no common area for guest. Breakfast was very good in variety, taste and value.
