The best deal hotel in Niigata!
This hotel is located right by Niigata station as well as right by the street where are lots of restaurants and bars. Very convenient. Not very new but very clean. This hotel was one of the best value hotels for the price I have stayed in Niigata.

Decent Hotel in Niigata in a Great Location
The hotel is a bit old and the lighting inside is a little dim (mainly the rooms), but it had everything I needed. If you have a 78-year-old parent with you however, these issues might hinder; otherwise it is fine for a business person or single younger person alone; very good location - perfect, in fact: blocks away from the station and tourist center/sites, and a decent breakfast. The neighborhood is a fun izakaya-filled, lively area, but my room up on the upper floors was totally quiet.
