適合家人出遊的飯店
餐廳食物精緻度可以再提升一些，冷食居多。 房務人員的專業度也需再教育；6pm泡湯回房在換衣服，房務人員敲門說要sleep room，先生告知他六點半會下樓晚餐，到時候再過來，對方竟然說No！接著馬上衝進來 ==‘’，我只好趕緊躲到拉門後一間。 飯店後面有個小雪場，帶小孩同樂很方便！ 飯店門口即有巴士可以搭乘，便利性大增。

電話対応が悪すぎる。 何を言っても「え？え？」としか返ってこないし会話にならない。 そんなに複雑なことを言っているわけでもないのに何度も丁寧に説明しないといけない。 こちらがリードして確認しないといけないし、相手の口調もあまりに失礼で不愉快でした。 友人の息子さんが電話に出たときでももう少しマシな会話ができますよ。 こんなホテルは初めてで驚きました。

晩秋の露天風呂
晩秋の色合いの景色を眺めながら、露天風呂を楽しみました。お風呂が一晩中使えるので、時間を気にしないで楽しみました。忘れ物に親切に対応をしてもらいました。浴衣の上着に使用済みの爪楊枝が入っていて、少しがっかりとしました。

いいお湯でした。
温泉目的で前日に取れるところとして予約。 きれいな色の硫黄泉で、泉質が体に合うのか疲れがよく取れました。 建物・設備にやや古さがありますが、我慢できないほどではありませんでした。 食事もおいしく部屋も静か、景色・環境もよかったです。

まず、温泉の質がとてもよかった。　肘が痛かったのがだいぶ緩和されました。 夕食が滞在費の割にはとっても美味しい食事でした。　満足です。
