The benefits are of high quality and the decoration neat. Its surface is of 110m2 on 2 levels + a tiled garage of 18m2 very clean with a shower, second sink, washing machine drying and tidying up. The 36m2 living room accesses the terrace and the garden through a large bay. A 10,50m2 room office with garden access, second 3 seater sofa, desk.
The kitchen 8m2 under glass roof is open to the living. The 4 bedrooms have: 1 bed 160, 1 140 and 4 twin beds 90. S of B with shower to Italian or bath and separate toilet on each floor. This house is built on a plot of 645m2, fully enclosed and paysagé.La 40 m2 terrace protected by an electric awning, hosts table, chairs, sunbathing and barbecue. BICYCLES 8 adult and child, child seats are available as well as baby equipment (bath bed highchair) and WIFI.

Perfect home for a family holiday.
An amazing house for a family holiday. Lots of space inside and out. Use of bicycles an added bonus. Breakfast in sunshine at front of house in morning and dinner in sunshine in evening at back. Owners Nelly and Roland met us on arrival and were in touch to make sure everything was okay during our stay for the month. All was perfect.

Tres belle résidence de vacances !
Nous étions sept Adultes septuagénaires ! Nous avons appréciés : le confort ( literie ) , les 2 Salles de bains et toilettes, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle ! L'extérieur avec sa terrasse le store pour les repas , les transats pour bronzer ou à l'ombre sous les pins ..... les vélos pour aller au centre ville... Tout pour d'agréables vacances Les propriétaires sont à nos petits soins ! bienveillants , et près à intervenir . Bravo ! Mr et Mme Lebeau nous recommandons cette location

Magnifique maison aux prestations soignées
Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise. La maison est spacieuse, agréable à vivre, bien équipée. La plage est à quelques pas et le centre ville à une demi-heure par une jolie promenade le long des marais. Et en plus, les propriétaires sont accueillants, charmants, serviables.

Agréable séjour!
Très belle maison, très bien placée, on peut aller à pied à la mer et se déplacer grâce aux vélos mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Il y a également un beau jardin, bien ombragé et fermé, idéal pour les enfants.

Villa très agréable, moderne et propre. Proche de la plage mais un peu éloignée des commerces.
Les hôtes ont été réactifs à la moindre demande, l’endroit est dans une résidence calme la plupart du temps, et la maison offre tout le confort voulu. Pour les points à noter, je mentionnerai juste un lave linge qui est tombé en panne (ça peut arriver), et des voisins vacanciers un peu bruyants (pas de chance non plus). Je recommande pour un séjour en famille au calme.

Très belle maison, au calme, idéalement située à deux pas du bois de la Chaise
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M. et Mme LEBEAU que nous remercions encore une fois pour ce séjour. La maison est neuve et fonctionnelle, le jardin est très agréable, clos (pour les jeunes enfants) et idéal pour les siestes: au vert et au calme, tout en bénéficiant de l'air marin ( la plage est à deux pas ). Des vélos sont également mis à disposition qui permettent d'oublier la voiture et d'adopter le rythme "insulaire". Nous nous rappellerons longtemps les chouettes ballades sur la jetée Jacobsen pour rejoindre le centre ville et sur les sentiers du bois de la chaise jusqu'à l'Anse Rouge... magnifique !
