The Bay View Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) in a beautifully restored building in Ocean View. Located right on the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

The Space:

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot (#3) in the parking lot in front of the building.

• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

This unit is bare minimum. Kitchen could use more items. Had to let housekeepers come back in unit when we were not there and maintenance. We were ask if they could come in, but what do you do? Let them come in while you are not there, or risk it while you are out doing your vacation? Only one parking spot. We had to take one car to the airport and leave it there.
