Found a spider in the room, stains on the couch. Nails in the desk drawer, and the room originally said bathtub but there was no bathtub, only a shower with one curtain

I stayed for 5 nights on business. The room was never cleaned, bins emptied or towels changed, etc despite reminders to receiption in the evenings when I returned after a lond day. I was told on the last day that I should have read a message posted in the elevator that such service is only available on request by 10am each day.

Nice hotel, rooms were nice, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included with the stay, especially since you have to pay $25 per day for valet parking. They did have some options to purchase, but I'm not sure that they were more than "heat & eat" offers, and a little pricey for that.

The 1st point of contact with Valet for $25.00 come as you go was good. Mr. Tiree, I think that was his name was so nice. My checkin was a 15..those ladies were exceptionally great. Friendly, professional funny. Laraa & Shaa, I can't remember the names. I wrote thrm on my hotel card. They were helpful in even maneuvering the area.

Property was very dirty, room was very stuffy which cause me to sneeze a lot.. The bathtub was unbearably dirty.. I told the front desk about the condition and got switched to another room that was just as dirty and unbearable as the other one, thank god we were only staying one night. When checking out we also told the assistance general manager about the situation which she brushed it off and asked us if we wanted a bottle of water for our travels. I will never be back to this properly very disappointed considering it’s a Marriott property. The property needs serious renovation and needs to cleaned..very disappointed stay on a special night as this one.
