Colley Manor apartments are 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom condo (sleeps 4) located in historic Ghent. This beautifully restored building is located near great restaurants, downtown Norfolk, CHKD, EVMS, Norfolk General, and a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay.

Guest Access:
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.

The Neighborhood:
Ghent offers a mix of residential charm and convenient urban amenities. It's a walkable area with tree-lined streets, and residents can easily access nearby public transportation, including bus routes, and the Tide - a light rail which connects the edge of Ghent to Downtown Norfolk. Grocery stores including Aldi and Harris Teeter are within a short drive, bike ride, or under 20 minutes walking distance, providing convenient shopping options. The neighborhood is also close to vibrant areas like Colley Ave where you'll find cafes, restaurants, and local shops, enhancing the area's appeal for those who enjoy an active, urban lifestyle. With its proximity to Norfolk's main roads and public transit, this area offers both convenience and comfort.

Getting Around:
For those who drive, the area is well-connected by major roads like Colley Avenue and W 22nd Street, providing easy access to other parts of Norfolk and the rest of Tidewater by nearby highways. We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:

1) Our properties are protected by Truvi . Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.

What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads

* Q-tips/Cotton Balls

* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per, pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.

4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
