Way too expensive for view of apartments and parking lot. Selected balcony view which would indicate a view of the water. They put us in a room with a balcony over a parking lot with a view of condos across the parking lot.

The view and location is terrific. The staff was unhelpful or rude, the hotel looked dated, warn and not maintained. Price was ridiculous for what you get. The cleaning staff never showed up even after several attempts to get them to clean. Staff at restaurant could not be bothered. There was only one staff member who did anything and she was 3 times the age of the other people who ignored customers and disappeared for long periods of time. We checked out Sunday and even though the hotel was empty they refused to give us a late check out. Overall you can find something much better at VA beach.
