Hottub was outdated and jets were weak, our tub didn’t drain, fridge was unplugged before we got there, remote for tv didn’t work. Brandon fixed the fridge and Remote issue, Spencer offered us $20 off in the morning. Rooms were clean and place was quiet. I would stay there again

Ended up here after having to check out of another hotel that was disgusting. This place was simple but clean and so quiet. Front desk staff was excellent - especially Benjamin. Happy we ended up here

So quiet! Plenty of towels which was so nice! Benjamin was extremely helpful and accommodating, we really appreciated his going beyond for us. And the patio doors worked and slid easily which doesn’t happen often at other hotels. Very enjoyable stay! Oh and nice breakfast and breakfast area.

2nd time staying here. Daughter is at Nippissing University and hotel is well priced and not far from University. Breakfast bar is awesome. I think I’ve found my go to hotel while in North Bay
