Crescent Keyes 704 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This 7th floor condo comfortably sleeps 8. Unit 704 has a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a spacious living and dining area with a brilliant view of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all of your cooking needs to prepare your favorite dish. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and 4 TVs. The 3 bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This condo does not allow smoking or pets. This is a family oriented rental and does not allow student groups.

Crescent Keyes is a 14-story building with covered parking, elevators, an indoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean and pools, and a 56 ft. beach front swimming pool. There are 2 kiddie pools; one on the ground floor and another on the 6th floor courtyard. The 6th floor courtyard also has a sun deck, hot tub, and lazy river. There is a 6 ft. 8 in. height clearance in the parking garage.

The view was beautiful. Lifeguard so close, that's great! City's beach equipment rental service right infront of the building. They set up and pack up daily. Upon arrival: *Smelly food at the bottom of the dishwasher *Sand in one bed *Refrigerator was improperly assembled. There is a flap between both refrigerator doors that doesn't properly follow it's guide in order to have a complete closure. It would have been nice to be given a heads-up about that, as the frustration of a frige that has a gap between the doors was overwhelming. We saw the not so nice message posted on the fridge about "giving the fridge 24 hours to cool down... and you better not call the repair man unless you want to pay". Fault is the owner's - it should be replaced. *The master bed headboard isn't attached. It knocks the bed and wall every time you turn over. Bed creaking is so loud when you turn -no way to get a good night's rest. We left our vacation extremely tired. *Cheese-it in between the lounge chair's seat cushion and arm rest that was soggy. *Don't order beach equipment from the suggested North Strand Beach Service. They wouldn't refund us and hadn't even delivered. The City's service is right infront of the complex and they set it up and push it up daily. *Building changed code mid week & didn't tell us. Fun 30 minutes. *One bathroom light never worked. Weordered equipment prior to othis compa

Very Sweet when paying for property but could care less afterwards ….was told I have 2 parking spaces for my stay.. went to see fireworks came back with groceries and could not find a park in 4 parking garages.. was told it stated in my contract that parks were not guaranteed…who don’t want to be able to park at their rental property? Im pissed now with the money we paid for the week I don’t have a park.. called the overnight number to be told they are not over the parking lot…. For me to call the HOA.. why should I have to call HOA and she didn’t even attempt to tell me where I could park free for the night.. she hung up on me ..My family and I had to park a few blocks down the street and walk back to Crescent Keys.Go somewhere where you can be guaranteed a park especially after being given a parking voucher to put in your vehicle and paying a great amount of money..and there is limited seating at the pools and lazy rivers .. better go early

Decent find for a last minute family vacation but lots to improve.
Keyless entry stopped working on our second day. Thankfully we were already in the room when this happened as the rental company’s “after hours emergency number” was unresponsive. By that I mean we called the number, selected the option for emergencies, was connected to someone’s personal phone, left a message and never heard back…. Guess we would have slept in our cars had we been locked out of the room. I finally was able to get ahold of someone the next morning on the main line during normal office hours who sent maintenance out. They arrived at 11ish, couldn’t repair the keyless entry and provided us with one key to use temporarily. We never heard from anyone else the rest of the week. Quite the inconvenience having one key for 5 people. It would have been nice to not lose a whole day of my vacation sorting this out either. Aside from this the cleanliness of the property was very superficial. Areas had very clearly not been vacuumed or mopped because they probably “looked” clean enough. The units washing machine wouldn’t complete a full cycle, even on the lightest load, it would always stop at Spin, leaving your clothes in a bucket of water. Beds weren’t great but it’s a rental so you get what you get. The pool deck is excellent and the beach was great! Check in and out was easy.

Condo was just as pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Great location, beautiful pools, easy parking. I wasn't thrilled about having to check-in at the office, but it was convenient and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly.

Thanksgiving Get Away
The properties location was fantastic. Close to everything. My family and I would love to return. However, this particualr unit needs a lot of updating. Furniture needs cleaning, kitchen cabinets redone, bathroom doors need to be replaced AND refrigerator filter needs replacing. Glass partitions on the balcony need to be cleaned.

The property felt safe with the building entry codes and cameras. The ocean view made the property. The condo was clean; even the ceiling fans were dust free. The couch was comfortable. My only negative is the mattresses and pillows need to be updated.

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It was spacious for the seven of us and the amenities were great for our teens, twenty-something’s, and my husband and I. There were restaurants and shops within close walking distance which was very nice. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great view and condo
Beautiful view, large condo and balcony. Lots of luggage carts and grocery carts to move items to and from condo. Complex perfect size and parking so convenient. Only issue was water pressure in showers of two rooms very weak. May need new shower heads.

Wonderful location!
This condo was located in a perfect area for our “Girls Trip” (over the age of 65 girls)! We could get to restaurants and shopping easily. We loved the lazy River, the swimming pool, and the beach! Also the covered parking! The condo was a perfect size and could use a little updating. The two bed bathroom sink drained very slowly and the washer and dryer are small. But We were outside or on the patio most of the time so the few issues we could ignore. Overall a nice place… we will be back Cresent Keys!

Our stay was great. Easy check in and awesome location. Our place was clean enough as a house cleaned myself I cleaned a little more. The elevator was nice for our elderly grandparents. It was very nice to each have our own rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!
