Beautiful 2000 sq ft Ocean View Villa. 4 bedrooms 3 baths, small pool & hot-tub

This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have new stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.

Washer and dryer available for guests to use and Wi-Fi connection.
There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 grills and a picnic table for guest and a large elevator.

Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies.

We provide bed linens and bath towels.

The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.

Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area.

Ocean Boulevard Villas are located at Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you enjoy golf, shopping or just hanging out on the beach this location is perfect.

Small NON-SHEDDING dogs considered! (under 20 lbs.) Pet fee $250.

Saturday to Saturday Only June through August!

NOTE: NO Motorcycles allowed per HOA. This is a NO SMOKING VILLA including the BALCONY. This includes no Cigars, no e-cigarettes, no vaping and no Marijuana.

Our Villa gets 3 parking passes. If you rent a golf cart this counts as one of your parks.

Everyone loved it!
We came for a quick family trip and had a wonderful time! The place is just like you see in the pictures. Could not ask for a cleaner or even nicer place. We were very comfortable here with 6 adults and 3 kids, with plenty of room to move around in. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful property. We go to Myrtle every year and this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Had plenty of room and walk to beach was simple even with a toddler and infant. We loved everything about it. The parking was a little tough with a big truck, but we managed. We will book again for sure.

Great Beach Vacation Rental
Chris & Lisa your home is beautiful, clean and with plenty of room, very spacious with 4 king beds, 3 full baths. Plenty of seating in the living room and foyer for relaxing and plenty of seating in the dining room area and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for whatever you wanted to fix. Great view for being one block back from the ocean. It will definitely be at the top of our list depending on the size of our group!!

We have rented many, many properties and no other host has EVER been more accommodating and responsive than Chris! The villa was immaculate, across the street from the beach and has tons of room! We were shocked with the amount kitchen supplies! There were so many extras, like plenty of parking, beach chairs and towels, bath towels, a welcome basket. Chris and Lisa have gone way above and beyond to make this home absolutely perfect! Thank you so very much for everything! We will certainly be back!!!

Amazing place to stay!
This property was amazing ! It was so spacious and so clean ! The owners were so sweet and even reached out asking about our daughter and her team after learning that we were there for softball. The accommodations were incredible. They even have beach towels and beach chairs that you’re free to use. The beds were comfy and we will absolutely be staying here again! This place was absolutely amazing! Huge, clean and in a great location. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 1 older (16) teen. The extra fridge and ice freezer were a huge bonus as were the beach chairs and beach towels. You won’t regret staying here and the owners were very responsive and friendly.

Incredible place to stay!
This place was much more than described! In the almost 20 years we have been renting places for our family vacations, this unit was more fully stocked with quality items than any other place we have stayed. The bedding and pillows were fabulous as well as plenty of towels, wash cloths and even hand towels; there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and dinnerware of good quality; the furniture and appliances were great, especially the additional refrigerator and freezer; plenty of beach chairs; awesome porch glider furniture, and many, many more fabulous things about the villa. It was plenty big enough for us, was a quiet place to stay and I'm sure we will be staying there again. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Relaxing family vacation
This property was amazing! Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Everything about it was very accommodating to our family. From the very well stocked kitchen to the 8 seater high top table to the 6 seating multiple reclining leather L shaped couch, we enjoyed every moment and would definitely consider renting again. Chris and Lisa are just a text away and we’re very quick to respond. Lastly, we were able to bring the family fur baby which was a definite added stress reliever.

A lovely winter getaway
I’m an 84 year old woman with a little shi tzu 10 year old dog and Lisa’s place felt so warm and inviting. I really didn’t need 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but still felt cozy and safe. I had everything I needed and all appliances, dishware, cookware etc was in perfect condition. Lots and lots of linens etc too. My only concern was that most of the condo s were not rented and I felt a bit isolated at night when I took Layla out for her last visit. The parking area and elevator are very well lit . Lisa was always available by text or phone and I did meet her and her husband when they came by to check on porch lighting etc. I give a 5 star rating to everything except a 4 star on location simply because it was “too quiet”! I know you will enjoy a stay in their lovely condo.
