You will be close to everything yet tucked away in a private paradise with access to our exclusive Edgewater in ground pool and hot tub over look the Intracoastal Waterway. The free beach shuttle runs hourly at the entrance. Four Award Winning Golf Courses and Golf Academy on site. Our spacious condo is freshly updated and nicely appointed with new flooring, paint, electronics, furnishings- all for your comfort and relaxation.

Enter Barefoot Landing as you make your way to our condo. Amazing dining and tons of shopping at Barefoot Landing. Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure are all at the entrances to Barefoot. Free shuttle runs from the entrance to our complex to Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing multiple times during the day. Pack a lunch and a towel! Golf novice or pro benefit from golf instruction right on site. And then there is tons of golf with 4 world class courses and driving range!

Unit is very accessible with no stairs needed for entry and elevator to second floor

Our unit is located in a safe community. Our neighbors are respectful and helpful. We do have a Ring doorbell and video outside of the unit for security and it chimes through the Alexa in the living room. Guests can unplug the Alexa as they wish. There is 1 Blink camera in the common entry area of the unit. It is NOT activated at any time during guest stays.

All Linens are provided at no extra charge, as well as all bath towels, hand towels, etc. and beach towels. Please let us know if you need additional towels. You must take your own garbage and recyclables out to the dumpster.

You will find the condo stocked with garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, coffee filters, coffee pods, tea and cooking seasonings. The kitchen has all dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, baking sheets, blender, panini press, coffee maker, Keurig, etc. If you need it in a kitchen it is there.

We hope that you will take full advantage of the beach! We provide beach chairs, mat, umbrellas, and sand toys for our guest's use at no extra charge. We ask that you use gently and bring back all beach supplies so the next guest can enjoy.

If you need to do some work during your stay, we have two options for desk space. Both open or pull out for lap top, monitor, keyboard, etc. There are outlet strips available to operate your electronics. Wi-Fi signal is strong and reliable.

During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Barefoot Resort - Love Golf Course. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool, a gym and a water park. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and in-room jetted baths in the condo.
