Come enjoy North Myrtle Beach and this twelfth floor ocean view efficiency condo with a view to the ocean and the city from its balcony. The condo is located at Bay Watch resort north tower on Ocean Boulevard. Two full size beds, TV, Kitchenette that includes stove top and cookware, wireless and wired internet connection.

You and your friends or family will spend days of enjoyment at the resort and its amenities including indoor/outdoor pools and whirlpools, indoor/outdoor lazy rivers. There is an on-site restaurant, tiki bar, sports bar, gift shop and fitness center.

Bay Watch is conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. You can get to Barefoot Landing in five minutes, and to Broadway at the Beach in 20 minutes. The resort is close to Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. North Myrtle Beach is a golfing paradise with over 140 golf courses in the area. Elaborate, themed miniature golf is abundant throughout the area.

Birthday Beach Trip 2024

The stay was excellent. The owner was quick with responses and information. The room was exactly what was pictured. The room offers a view of the beach and community. The check in and check out was simple. I recommend this owner and his properties.

Beautiful unit. Fantastic Oceanview. Balony was great to sit on and watch the ocean. Resort pools were very nice, buffet breakfast at Cafe was very good. All resort staff were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thank you

The condo is very nice and clean.

The condo is very nice and clean. The towels were nice and plush. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we did not like was the distance to the parking garage which was on the other side of the complex of 3 tower--it was maybe a block and a half. We were in the furthest tower. With so many people checking in at one time, we could not get to the location to unload or use one of the luggage carts. Next time I would arrive earlier. We left well before check-out time to use the loading/unloading area and to avoid the jam in the garage.

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo was quiet and convenient to everything. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The beds were quite hard, but that is literally the only complaint. We would stay here again!

Fall Break

This property was right on the beach. It also had three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool with an umbrella fountain, lazy river, and two hot tubs. It also had a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and lazy river indoors. Plenty of lounge chairs and space. Very clean. Elevators worked fast. Great place! I must have misread my small unit though. No stove and oven, but a hot plate and a large toaster oven. Unit was clean except between the bed and sliding glass door. My toddlers liked going there. Maid must have missed it for a while. Also had problems with the door locking on the outside. Sometimes it worked snd sometimes it didn’t. Ice machine always full and garbage cans emptied everyday. Overall i it was a great family place!

Loved the condo

We really enjoyed our stay the condo is just as pictured the ice machine was just outside our room door so that made it nice and handy. In the closet was two beach chairs and an umbrella and sand toys so that was nice to have. Check in was easy just enter key code and that’s it your in. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was Okay

The unit had plenty of clean linens and felt and smelled clean. However, the dishes in the cabinets had appeared to have been rinsed off only and put away while still wet but that was prob just rudeness from the previous renter. For future reference, there is a portable set of burners in the little island which was useful for making breakfast. The room had a nice view and the beds were pretty good for hotel beds but take your own pillow. There's not really anywhere to hang wet beach towels/swim suits since the owner doesn't want you hanging them on the balcony so that was frustrating and our room was messy cluttered the whole week because of this and because of the fact that there are only 3 small drawers to put clothes in for the 4 of us. IMO this unit would be perfect for 2 people, 4 was pushing it. Maybe add a larger dresser for clothes and some way to hang out wet beach towels and it would be a 5 instead of a 4.
