Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and a "starter kit" of paper products and soaps. This 4 bedroom unit sleeps MAX 14 using the sleeper sofa. The owner allows 10 people at the base rental rate (priced per week/per season) but then an additional charge (appx. $100 + tax) will be added for each guest over 10 (adults or children).
